Meet the Team
Ali Fernandes
Chief Executive Officer
Ali is our CEO and Chief Dot Connector. What is a Chief Dot Connector? Well, he connects the dots! Whether it's on set, in our fabrication studio or in the office during tax season, Ali is always there to put the pieces together and get the job done. With a wealth of experience in tech and creative startups, his insights and background played a critical role in starting No Fake Flowers. Ali also taught himself to play guitar and has a cat named Malcom.
Jackie Munroe
Executive Creative Director
Jackie is a founding member of No Fake Flowers and is a first-generation graduate, holding a BFA in Fashion Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Her background in trend research and footwear design bring a unique perspective to the team. She can rival anyone in Star Wars trivia, is well read on the happenings in Ancient Egypt, and will defend Papa Ginos as the number one pizzeria.
Zach Castagnola
President
Before starting No Fake Flowers, Zach worked in the digital media and footwear industries. His projects included global campaigns featuring chart-topping artists, major labels and influencers from around the world. He holds a BS from Suffolk University in Communications with a minor in Advertising. Zach also enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking new recipes, making cocktails, and going for long runs.
Daniel Irvin
EVP, Production & Content
Daniel has 13 years of experience as a photographer and content creator. As a graduate of The New England Institute of Art, he has worked with brands like Champion, Converse and Jack Daniels and specializes in fashion and product photography. D applies his artistic style to everything done at No Fake Flowers. He also has an extensive Funko Pop collection and is a big fan of all things Batman, Bruce Lee, and Star Wars.
